These terms cover your use of Limitless. Plain language on purpose — if anything here is unclear, email us before you subscribe.
What we do
We optimise the targeting signals on your Instagram or TikTok account, starting with your profile fields. You keep posting as you normally do; nothing needs to be sent to us. The goal is that the platforms route your existing posts to a more relevant audience.
You keep posting. We do not create content for you, and we do not post on your behalf unless you explicitly grant official business access and ask us to.
What we do not do
- We do not buy followers, views, likes or engagement of any kind.
- We do not use bots, automation tools or engagement groups.
- We do not ask for your Instagram or TikTok password, and you should never send it to us.
- We do not guarantee any follower count, view count, growth rate or ranking.
No guaranteed results
Social platforms control who sees your content and change how they do it without notice. What we guarantee is the work described in your plan and the reporting that comes with it — not an outcome. Any figures shown on this site are illustrative or drawn from other accounts, and are not a prediction about yours.
Your responsibilities
- You own the account we work on, or you are authorised to act for whoever does.
- Your content is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
- You comply with Instagram's and TikTok's own terms. We will not do anything that breaches them, and we may end the engagement if you ask us to.
Billing
Plans are monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are shown on the site and charged in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time by emailing support@limitless.cloud950.com. We may end the engagement with notice and a pro-rata refund if we cannot deliver the work, or immediately if the account is used for anything unlawful.
Work already delivered — your rewritten profile and audience map — stays yours.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost followers, or action taken against your account by a platform.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you disagree.
